Consulting Services are offered to those nonprofit organizations in Lawrence, MA focused on helping individuals and families improve the quality of their lives. Our projects are short-term, customized to our nonprofits’ needs and include consulting in such areas as:

Our seven step process works to the benefit of our nonprofits and skills based volunteers.

1. JRL meets with the nonprofit to vet and help shape its project request.
2. Nonprofit completes written project application.
3. JRL shares project request with potential volunteer.
4. JRL facilitates a no obligation meeting with the volunteer and nonprofit.
5. Volunteer and nonprofit decide to proceed after the meeting.
6. Project proceeds, with monitoring from JRL.
7. Formal celebration and evaluation of project completion.
