The Quota International Awards Jericho Road Lawrence
Our Executive Director honored with the Dr. Nina Scarito Leadership Award.
We thank our friends at Quota International Lawrence Division for a wonderful evening at the elegant Merrimack Valley Golf Club and for a superbly scrumptious dinner event The highlight of the evening was our terrific nonprofit friends and Jericho Road volunteers who came out on a dark and rainy night to share in the celebration.
Quota is a business women’s service organization chartered in Lawrence in the 1930’s that supports many of the same nonprofits that Jericho Road Lawrence works with.
Jericho Road Launches Learning Community for Volunteers
This is part of a new Board Tune-Up (BTU) service working to strengthen individual nonprofit boards.
The learning community is training a carefully selected group of high-level volunteers with unique leadership and team building skills. The volunteers will be working with 3-4 nonprofits to facilitate a self-assessment process called "Board Roles to Board Goals", designed by Jay W. Vogt.
