Jericho Road Lawrence’s core pro bono services are designed to strengthen the operational and leadership capacity of our Lawrence nonprofit community.
Consulting: Our professional-level volunteer consulting program matches the internal operating needs of Lawrence nonprofits with the technical and business skills of individuals in the business community. All volunteer engagements are project based, short-term in nature, with a clearly defined scope of work. More
Center for Excellence in Board Governance: Our volunteers work to build strong engaged board members who understand their roles and responsibilities as governing agents of the nonprofit. We focus on 2 programs:
- Board Recruitment and Training - for new board members. More
- Board Tune Up (BTU) – for existing board members. More
Grant Resource Center: Jericho Road Lawrence, in partnership with Northern Essex Community College and Associated Gant Makers provides
- Free access and guidance to two premier funder databases and
- Training in grant research and writing for nonprofits and Jericho Road volunteers. More
Workshops: Through our partnerships with Lawyers Clearinghouse and Merrimack Valley business professionals, we provide free, accessible quality workshops on nonprofit management. More
